ObjetoPRESTAR LOS SERVICIOS DE SUMINISTRO, ENTREGA Y DISPENSACIÓN DE LOS MEDICAMENTOS AMBULATORIOS Y DE USO HOSPITALARIO A LOS USUARIOS DEL RÉGIMEN SUBSIDIADO EN SALUD SEGÚN CONTRATOS ESTABLECIDOS ENTRE LA E.S.E. Y LAS RESPECTIVAS EPS, A LOS USUARIOS DEL SOAT Y DEMÁS USUARIOS Y PARTICULARES QUE NO ESTÉN CONTRATADOS CON LA E.S.E PERO QUE REQUIERAN MEDICAMENTOS EN EL SERVICIO DE URGENCIAS, PARTOS Y HOSPITALIZACIÓN; SEGÚN LISTADOS QUE HACEN PARTE DE ESTE ESTUDIO (ANEXO 1 Y ANEXO 2), CONTEMPLADOS EN EL PLAN OBLIGATORIO DE SALUD, DEFINIDOS EN LA RESOLUCIÓN 5521 DEL 2013 Y DEMÁS NORMAS QUE LA ADICIONEN O MODIFIQUEN. EL OXIGENO ES UN MEDICAMENTO INCLUIDO EN LA RESOLUCIÓN 5521 DEL 2013, RAZÓN POR LA CUAL, SI ESTE ES SUMINISTRADO POR LA ESE CARMEN EMILIA OSPINA A USUARIOS INCLUIDOS EN LA BASE DE DATOS POR CAPITACIÓN, SU VALOR SERÁ DESCONTADO A COSTO DE FACTURACIÓN AL CONTRATISTA. ASÍ MISMO, REALIZAR EL SUMINISTRO Y DISPENSACIÓN DE MEDICAMENTOS AMBULATORIOS PARA LA POBLACIÓN POBRE Y VULNERABLE Y SIN SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (VINCULADOS) DE LA CIUDAD DE NEIVA, CONTEMPLADOS EN EL CONVENIO SUSCRITO CON EL MUNICIPIO DE NEIVA PARA LA ATENCIÓN A POBLACIÓN NO ASEGURADA.
