ObjetoCONSTRUCCIÓN DE OBRAS DE ADECUACIÓN Y MEJORAMIENTO DE PARQUES EN EL MUNICIPIO DE SOLEDAD DEPARTAMENTO DEL ATLÁNTICO. EL OBJETO PRETENDE SATISFACER LA NECESIDAD CONSERVACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DE UN AMBIENTE SANO A LA COMUNIDAD SOLEDEÑA, COMO UNA ESTRATEGIA DE RECUPERACIÓN DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO Y LA GENERACIÓN DE LAS ZONAS VERDES QUE IMPLIQUEN UN CAMBIO POSITIVO EN LA VIDA EN SOCIEDAD DEL MUNICIPIO DE SOLEDAD. LAS ESPECIFICACIONES Y LOS ÍTEMS Y CANTIDADES , SE ENCUENTRAN EN CUADRO ANEXO, CON LA DESCRIPCIÓN DE CADA UNA DE LAS ESPECIFICACIONES Y EL VALOR PROYECTADO POR EDUMAS PARA SU ATENCIÓN. EL CONTRATO A CELEBRAR SERÁ DE OBRA PÚBLICA , CONFORME LO CONTEMPLA EL ARTÍCULO 32 DE LA LEY 80 DE 1993.
