PERMITIR CON CALIDAD, EFICIENCIA Y EFICACIA COBERTURA TOTAL A LA COMUNIDAD DEL MUNICIPIO DE SANTA BÁRBARA Y ALEDAÑOS Y CONSTITUIRSE COMO EMPRESA LÍDER EN LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE PRIMER NIVEL EN SALUD EN LA PROVINCIA; IGUALMENTE EVOLUCIONAR EN PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS CON INFRAESTRUCTURA Y EQUIPOS MODERNOS. CONSERVAR UNA INTERACCIÓN INTERNA CON LA COMUNIDAD EN LA EJECUCIÓN DE ACCIONES DE PROMOCIÓN, PREVENCIÓN Y CONSERVACIÓN DE LA SALUD. |
