ObjetoSELECCIONAR UN INTERMEDIARIO DE SEGUROS LEGALMENTE ESTABLECIDO EN COLOMBIA, PARA QUE PRESTE A LA AGENCIA LOGÍSTICA DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES Y A LAS ENTIDADES A LAS QUE LE DEBA CONTRATAR EL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS LOS SERVICIOS DE INTERMEDIACIÓN, ASESORÍA INTEGRAL EN MATERIA DE RIESGOS Y SEGUROS, PARTICIPANDO ACTIVAMENTE EN LA CONTRATACIÓN Y ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS Y MANEJO DE SINIESTROS, DE LA ENTIDAD Y DE LAS ENTIDADES DEL GSED O DE LAS ENTIDADES A LAS QUE SE DEBA REALIZAR LA CONTRATACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS, PARA QUE SE CUBRA DE FORMA ADECUADA LOS BIENES, PERSONAS E INTERESES PATRIMONIALES, Y DE LOS QUE LEGALMENTE SEA O LLEGARE A SER RESPONSABLE. ASÍ COMO PARA CONTRATAR RIESGOS LABORALES (ARL), PARA AQUELLAS ENTIDADES QUE DESEEN O REQUIERAN HACERLO A TRAVÉS DE LA AGENCIA LOGÍSTICA DE LAS FUERZAS MILITARES Y DEL INTERMEDIARIO SELECCIONADO EN ESTE PROCESO
