| Objeto del Contrato | Misión: El Ejército Nacional conduce operaciones militares orientadas a defender la soberanía, la independencia y la integridad territorial, proteger a la población civil, los recursos privados y estatales para contribuir a generar un ambiente de paz, seguridad y desarrollo, que garantice el orden institucional de la Nación.
Visión: Un Ejército legítimo, disciplinado, moderno, profesional, entrenado, afianzado en sus valores, con la moral en alto, capaz de neutralizar las amenazas internas y externas en el cumplimiento de su misión, contribuyendo a la construcción de los caminos de la paz y al desarrollo de la Nación.
En el año 2030, el Ejército Nacional será una Fuerza distinguida por altos estándares de efectividad y competitividad en el cumplimiento de las misiones y roles asignados: Flexible y adaptable a los escenarios con niveles superiores de capacidades operacionales, modernizado y afianzado en el alto desempeño y profesionalización de sus hombre y en la innovación tecnológica, para combatir las nuevas amenazas, asumir los retos emergentes, preservar la paz, el medio ambiente y contribuir al logro de los fines del Estado, en absoluto arraigo del respeto a la dignidad humana. |
