ObjetoREALIZAR LA INTERVENTORÍA TÉCNICA, ADMINISTRATIVA, FINANCIERA, JURÍDICA Y CONTABLE AL CONTRATO QUE TIENE POR OBJETO “CONTRATAR POR EL SISTEMA DE PRECIOS UNITARIOS FIJOS SIN FORMULA DE AJUSTE LAS OBRAS DE REMODELACIÓN, ADQUISICIÓN, INSTALACIÓN Y ADECUACIÓN FÍSICA DE LAS INSTALACIONES DESTINADAS A LA VENTANILLA ÚNICA DE CORRESPONDENCIA Y AL ARCHIVO CENTRAL DE LA GOBERNACIÓN DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA, QUE INCLUYE EQUIPO MOBILIARIO, SISTEMA DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO GENERAL Y DE PRECISIÓN, OBRAS CIVILES COMPLEMENTARIAS, INSTALACIÓN DE RED DE CABLEADO ELÉCTRICO ESTRUCTURADO (VOZ Y DATOS) Y RED ELÉCTRICA, SISTEMA DE ILUMINACIÓN GENERAL Y ESPECÍFICA, SISTEMA DE CÁMARAS DE SEGURIDAD, CONTROL DE ACCESO BIOMÉTRICO, SISTEMA DE TURNO POR SOFTWARE; PARA LA VENTANILLA ÚNICA DE CORRESPONDENCIA Y EL ARCHIVO CENTRAL EN LA SEDE DE LA GOBERNACIÓN DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA, EDIFICIO PALACIO DE SAN FRANCISCO EN LA CIUDAD DE CALI, PISO 1 Y SEMISÓTANO; TODO LO ANTERIOR DE ACUERDO CON LA NORMATIVIDAD ARCHIVÍSTICA QUE REGULA LA MATERIA, LAS FICHAS TÉCNICAS Y LAS CONDICIONES TÉCNICAS REQUERIDAS; EN DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO DENOMINADO “ADECUACIÓN TÉCNICA Y SUMINISTRO PARA LA INSTALACIÓN DE LA VENTANILLA ÚNICA Y EL ARCHIVO CENTRAL DE LA GOBERNACIÓN DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA”, CON EL FIN DE LOGRAR LAS METAS DE RESULTADOS Y DE PRODUCTO DEL PROYECTO”.
