Resúmen del Contrato o Licitación

ObjetoEl objeto de la Licitación es seleccionar y contratar un CONCESIONARIO (EL CONCESIONARIO), con el cual, TIM S.A. suscribirá un contrato de CONCESIÓN DE LA OPERACIÓN DE COMPRA ANTICIPADA Y DISTRIBUCIÓN POR VENTA A LOS USUARIOS DEL SISTEMA, DE TARJETAS INTELIGENTES SIN CONTACTO ¿ TISC Y SUS RECARGAS, REPRESENTATIVAS DE PASAJES O BOLETOS DE ABORDAJE DEL SISTEMA ESTRATÉGICO DE TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO DE MANIZALES y realizar las consignaciones de las tarjetas que prepague en la cuenta bancaria a nombre del fideicomiso que le indique TIM S.A. Las tarjetas prepagadas por el concesionario deberán personalizarse en los casos en los que aplique, distribuirse y comercializarse, así mismo deberá encargarse de su logística comercial y de mercadeo, venta, custodia y transporte de valores a las cuentas del Operador de distribución. Adicionalmente, el operador de distribución es responsable de la adquisición e instalación de los equipos de recarga y de la infraestructura física y puntos de venta necesarios para la venta y recarga de TISC.

Las tarjetas prepagadas por el concesionario deberán personalizarse en los casos en los que aplique, distribuirse y comercializarse, así mismo deberá encargarse de su logística comercial y de mercadeo, venta, custodia y transporte de valores a las cuentas del Operador de distribución. Adicionalmente, el operador de distribución es responsable de la adquisición e instalación de los equipos de recarga y de la infraestructura física y puntos de venta necesarios para la venta y recarga de TISC.
