Por medio del presente, EL ARRENDADOR entrega a título de arrendamiento a EL ARRENDATARIO el bien inmueble ubicado en Calle 13 # 6-88 Valledupar, Cesar, compuesto por: dos oficinas disponibles de lunes a sábados; el inmueble objeto del presente contrato será destinado por EL ARRENDATARIO para el funcionamiento de La Unidad Administrativa Sede CREAD Cesar de la Universidad de Pamplona.

FORTALECIMIENTO DEL EJERCICIO DE GOBIERNO PROPIO DE LOS PUEBLOS INDÍGENAS ARHUACO, KOGUI, WIWA Y KANKUAMO EN EL MARCO DE LA UNIDAD DEL CONSEJO TERRITORIAL DE CABILDOS CTC, CONTRIBUYENDO AL ORDENAMIENTO TERRITORIAL ANCESTRAL DE LA SIERRA NEVADA DE SANTA MARTA, DESDE SUS PRINCIPIOS Y PRÁCTICAS CULTURALES

El contratista se obliga a la “PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE EXÁMENES MÉDICOS OCUPACIONALES DE DIAGNÓSTICO DE INGRESO, PERIÓDICOS Y DE RETIRO A LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE PAMPLONA DOCENTES Y ADMINISTRATIVOS, CON EL FIN DE MONITOREAR LA EXPOSICIÓN A FACTORES DE RIESGO Y DETERMINAR LA EXISTENCIA DE CONSECUENCIAS EN DICHA EXPOSICIÓN

Por medio del presente, EL ARRENDADOR entrega a título de arrendamiento a EL ARRENDATARIO el bien inmueble ubicado en la calle 13 No. 6 40 del municipio de Valledupar

PRESTAR COMO CONTRATISTA SUS SERVICIOS COMO APOYO TÉCNICO PARA LOS PROYECTOS DE OBRA, DENTRO DEL CONTRATO INTERADMINISTRATIVO 1840 DE 2022 CELEBRADO ENTRE EL MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR Y LA UNIVERSIDAD DE PAMPLONA NI 1024.

Por medio del presente, EL ARRENDADOR entrega a título de arrendamiento a EL ARRENDATARIO el bien inmueble ubicado en la calle 13A N°. 6- 40 del Barrio Novalito de Valledupar (césar), identificado con la matricula inmobiliaria N°190-106873, con escritura pública N°. 2023 del 17-12-2003 de la Notaria Segunda del Circuito de Valledupar; el inmueble objeto del presente contrato será destinado por EL ARRENDADOR para el funcionamiento de La Unidad Académica Sede CREAD Cesar - Valledupar de la Universidad de Pamplona, incluye: veinte (20)aulas, laboratorio, baterías sanitarias, instalaciones deportivas, mobiliario, servicio de aseo, agua, luz e internet, los bienes muebles se relacionan y especifican en el inventario anexo (1), que hace parte integral del presente contrato; y el arrendatario , se obliga a restituirlo en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibe salvo el deterioro causado por el goce y uso legítimos.

EL CONTRATISTA SE OBLIGA A PRESTAR EL SERVICIO DE APOYO LOGÍSTICO PARA LA APLICACIÓN DE PRUEBAS ESCRITAS EN DIFERENTES CIUDADES DEL PAÍS, EN APOYO DE LA EJECUCIÓN DEL CONTRATO # 490 DEL 2021, CUYO OBJETO ES: “DESARROLLAR EL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN, EN LAS MODALIDADES DE ASCENSO Y ABIERTO, DESDE LA ETAPA DE VERIFICACIÓN DE REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS HASTA LA ETAPA DE PRUEBAS ESCRITAS, PARA PROVEER LOS EMPLEOS EN VACANCIA DEFINITIVA PERTENECIENTES AL SISTEMA GENERAL DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL DEL INSTITUTO COLOMBIANO DE BIENESTAR FAMILIAR ICBF”, FIRMADO ENTRE LA COMISIÓN NACIONAL DEL SERVICIO CIVIL Y LA UNIVERSIDAD DE PAMPLONA, NI 1009”

Contratar la prestación de servicio de correspondencia (documentos, paquetes y mercancías) nacional e internacional para las sedes: Campus Principal Pamplona, Campus Villa del Rosario y los diferentes Cread de la Institución: Norte de Santander, Bolívar, Magdalena, Santander, Sucre, Casanare, Cundinamarca, Boyacá, Guajira, Cesar y Territorios Nacionales

Prestar como contratista sus servicios en el Cread Cesar de la Universidad de Pamplona

El ARRENDADOR entrega para su uso y goce al ARRENDATARIO en calidad de arriendo el inmueble, ubicado en la calle 13 N° 6-88, del municipio de Valledupar, Cesar, identificado con la matricula inmobiliaria N° 190-106873, el cual consta de los siguientes linderos: Globo de terreno urbano, con un área de 1.102.45 M2, sus linderos y demás especificaciones se encuentran consignados en la escritura pública N 2023 de fecha 17-12-2003 Notaria Segunda del Circulo de Valledupar. Según decreto 1711 del 06-07-1984. El inmueble objeto del contrato será destinado por el ARRENDATARIO para el funcionamiento de la Unidad Administrativa y Académica que la universidad de Pamplona (incluye préstamo de 2 oficinas, 20 aulas, mobiliario, laboratorio, baterías sanitarias, instalaciones deportivas, servicio de aseo, agua y luz).

El ARRENDADOR entrega para su uso y goce al ARRENDATARIO en calidad de arriendo el inmueble, ubicado en la calle 13 N° 6-88, del municipio de Valledupar, Cesar, identificado con la matricula inmobiliaria N° 190-67607, el cual consta de los siguientes linderos: por el oriente, casa de Alberto Ovalle Muñoz; por el sur, calle 7 en medio con propiedad de Alonso Bermúdez; por el norte, patio de la casa de Luis C. Castila y por el occidente, de propiedad del Vicatorio Apostólico de Valledupar, hoy diócesis de Valledupar. El inmueble objeto del contrato será destinado por el ARRENDATARIO para el funcionamiento de la Unidad Administrativa y Académica sede Valledupar del CREAD Cesar de la Universidad de Pamplona (incluye préstamo de 2 oficinas, 20 aulas, laboratorio, baterías sanitarias, instalaciones deportivas, mobiliario, servicio de aseo, agua y luz).

SUMINISTRO DE TIQUETES AÉREOS EN RUTAS NACIONALES E INTERNACIONALES PARA EL DESPLAZAMIENTO DE FUNCIONARIOS, CONTRATISTAS, MIEMBROS DEL CONSEJO SUPERIOR, DOCENTES Y DEMÁS COLABORADORES QUE COADYUVEN EN EL DESARROLLO DE LAS FUNCIONES MISIONALES Y DE APOYO A LA UNIVERSIDAD DE PAMPLONA
