PRESTAR LOS SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES COMO ABOGADO EXTERNO PARA LA DEFENSA JUDICIAL DE LA EMPRESA AGUAS DEL CESAR S.A. E.S.P., RESPECTO DE LOS PROCESOS LABORALES Y EN ALGUNOS PROCESOS CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVOS QUE LE SEAN ASIGNADOS, QUE CURSEN EN CONTRA LA MISMA, O EN AQUELLOS EN QUE LA EMPRESA SEA PARTE DEMANDANTE ASI COMO LA ASESORIA JURIDICA A LA SECRETARIA GENERAL Y LA EMISION DE CONCEPTOS QUE LE SEAN REQUERIDOS POR ESA DEPENDENCIA.

PRESTAR SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES COMO ABOGADO PARA EL APOYO Y ASESORIA EN TODAS AQUELLAS ACTIVIDADES JURIDICAS LLEVADAS A CABO POR LA DIRECCION DE OPERACIONES DE LA EMPRESA AGUAS DEL CESAR

Contratar los servicios para la realización de evaluaciones médicas ocupacionales periódicas de los funcionarios de la empresa AGUAS DEL CESAR S.A. E.S.P. para la vigencia 2022, que permiten monitorear la exposición de factores de riesgo y obtener un diagnóstico de salud de su población trabajadora e identificar en forma precoz, posibles alteraciones de salud de los trabajadores.
